As Sofia is currently expanding eastwards, the villages of Lozen, German and Kazichane are becoming the new suburbs of the city with hundreds of residential developments as well as businesses moving in the area.

The trend is expected to increase as the Ring road has expanded into a motorway and a highway junction has been be built to replace the existing traffic lights.

There is also a project in the works for the transfer of the Sofia Automobile Administration to a location only a few hundred meters from ANACO CENTER where all automobile registrations for the city as well as the District will take place. This means huge development potential as many businesses are currently moving into to the area.
